Add all other components except of Cooked Meat Medium to distilled water
and mix well. Adjust pH to 7.0. Weight Cooked Meat Medium (3 g) directly
into Schott bottles (50 ml) and add 30 ml solution above. Check pH from
one bottle. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min and transfer the bottles into an
anaerobic cabinet. Store for 1 month in dark at + 4°C

Dissolve vitamin in ethanol and filter sterilize. Store solution in brown
