171 - CORNMEAL AGAR
Blend 50.0 g of cornmeal in 800 ml of distilled water. Leave overnight in refrigerator. Heat at 60C for one hour. Make up volume to 1.0 L. Add 7.5 g of agar and heat to dissolve.
